Olaf Schubert - Comedian, cabaret artist and musician
Olaf Schubert is a Dresden comedian, cabaret artist and musician who regularly performs and makes music with the formation "Olaf Schubert und seine Freunde".
Olaf Schubert is also a regular guest on the German TV program "heute-Show", a comedy and satirical program on ZDF. The press calls him a "wonder in a pullover". His striking trademark is the knitted Argyle slipover.
Olaf Schubert celebrates success throughout Germany and his performances in halls and arenas are often sold out.
5.000 guests enjoyed himself during his show in the Sparkassen-Arena in Jena.
Technical service provider was the rental company CKV Ton- und Lichtanlagen, Christoph Kuhnsch.
As Main-PA 16 pieces of Voice-Acoustic Ikarray-12 Line-Array elements were used. The low-end was provided by 4 x Paveosub-218sp. 4 x Modular-10 loudspeakers were used as nearfills. Olaf Schubert and the band were sounding with 4 x CXN-16s on stage.
The atmosphere was excellent, the sound too.
