Metro Dance Club
A Voice-Acoustic project by VTècnics en Ruta S.L. (www.vtecnics.com)
Located in Bigastro, Alicante, Spain, the Metro Dance Club has been a fixture on the Spanish club scene for over three decades. At the end of 2025, one of its floors was completely renovated, including the installation of a new Voice-Acoustic sound system. Once again, a renowned Spanish dance club has consciously chosen the sound of the German loudspeaker manufacturer from Dörverden.
The planning and implementation were carried out by Voice-Acoustic's Spanish distribution partner, VTècnics en Ruta from Lleida. Together with sound designer Francesc Güell and technical director Hugo Quintanilla , they used the proven combination of Ikarray-8 and Score-8 once again. The system has been precisely tailored to the space, its intended use and the musical concept, delivering a powerful, clearly structured and controlled sound for daily club operations.
Additional structural and acoustic measures were implemented during the installation to exploit the full potential of the new sound system. These adjustments have clearly proven their worth. The consistently positive feedback from visitors, DJs and Metro owner Jose Ramon Navarrete confirms the significantly improved acoustic result.
